Day 1

Morning session 

  1. Introduction squash with the psa players pep talk (15 mins )
  2. Warm up / fitness testing on court (30 mins )
  3. How to solo and the important of it (1 hour )
  4. Drills / two on court with coaches work on basic game (1.5) 

Evening sessions 

  1. Warm up 15 mins
  2. Condition games 2 hours (deep corners drills) 
  3. Fitness 45 mins on court footwork


Day 3

Morning session 

  1. Warm up 15 mins 
  2. Solo speed ur swing with fast pace 1 hour
  3. Drills speeding the game and more hard drills 2 hours 

Evening sessions 

  1. Warm up 
  2. Conditional games
  3. Fitness speed


Day 5

Morning session 

  1. Solo 
  2. Drills full court 
  3. Footwork

Evening matches 

Day 2

Morning session 

  1. Warm up 
  2. Solo 45 mins ball control 
  3. Drills and coaches teqnique on court 2 hours ( deep corners with more variety in the volleys and attacking )

Evening sessions 

  1. Warm up 
  2. Condition games ball control
  3. Condition games for what we learned in the morning


Day 4

Morning session 

  1. Fitness
  2. Defense game drills 2 hours mix with attacking 

Evening sessions 

  1. Evening session
  2. Warm up
  3. Attack defense condition games


Day 6

Morning session 

  1. Solo 
  2. Drills
  3. Footwork
